Admitted to practice before the higher courts, Michelle Vanzetti has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2003 and has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation.
She graduated cum laude from the University of Milan and holds a PhD in Civil Procedural Law. She is currently associate professor of civil procedural law at the same University and has obtained the National Scientific Qualification to serve as a full professor of civil procedural law.
She is the author of three monographs (Transnational Insolvency. History of the issue in Germany, Italy, and in international convention projects, Milan, 2006; Set-off and Bankruptcy Proceedings, Milan, 2012; Generic Condemnation, Milan, 2021) and numerous minor writings on civil procedure, industrial property, and insolvency law. She is also a co-author of several collective works.
