Graduated in law from the University of Milan, Martino Zulberti is registered with the Milan Bar Association. He has worked in leading Italian and international law firms, gaining solid expertise in civil and arbitration litigation since 2005, also assisting clients in proceedings before the Supreme Court of Cassation.
 
A PhD holder and subsequently a researcher in civil procedural law, he is currently an associate professor in the same subject at the University of Milan, where he teaches also at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions. In 2025, he obtained the National Scientific Qualification for the role of full professor in civil procedural law.

He is the author of two monographs (Le impugnazioni delle decisioni equitative, Turin, 2018, and Omissione di pronuncia e domanda giudiziale. Contributo allo studio del principio di corrispondenza tra il chiesto e il pronunciato, Naples, 2025), as well as numerous articles on civil procedural law and arbitration law published in leading legal journals.He is Managing Editor of the journal “Il diritto degli affari” and member of the editorial boards of numerous legal journals. He is a frequent speaker at conferences in Italy and abroad and has lectured at prestigious foreign universities.

He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Camera Arbitrale Forense of Milan and of the Commission on Business Crisis, Insolvency Proceedings, and Enforcement Procedures of the Milan Bar Association.

He is fluent in English.
